As an Aerodynamicist* you will play a key role in the further development of motorsport motorcycles. Do you have the necessary passion and drive?
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- development and optimization of the motorcycle aerodynamics within the Moto GP Project
- creation of aerodynamic surfaces and CFD models
- CFD calculations in coordination with external suppliers
- execution of wind tunnel & track tests
- interpretation / analysis of test data
- evolution of development methods
- close cooperation with other internal teams (Design, Vehicle Dynamics)
- detailed documentation of development progress, processes and results
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- successful completion of technical university degree (FH/Uni) in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or aircraft engineering
- first years of professional experience in 3D-design of solid and freeform surfaces, ideally in Pro-Engineer/Creo and experience in the field of motorsports or in the aircraft industry
- very good knowledge in the field of aerodynamics / CFD calculation and wind tunnel tests
- good understanding of English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
- open-minded, communicative and flexible personality with a high degree of team spirit and organisational skills
- analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking skills as well as independent, methodical and accurate way of working
- ability to take on responsibility and problem solving skills
