As Knowledge Manager you are the owner of a global, structured single source of truth for customer service knowledge - aggregating, validating, and publishing technical and operational content that empowers dealers, regions, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
You work closely with our Training Academy and provide input for new training programs.
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Own and manage the global Customer Service Knowledge Base as the central source of information for dealers, regions, and internal teams
- Create and maintain service and troubleshooting documentation, including new product information as well as safety and quality updates
- Consolidate and ensure the quality of technical knowledge from various business functions and international regions
- Drive training needs and priorities while coordinating and approving relevant learning content in collaboration with the Academy
- Manage the knowledge management platform and actively coordinate with Technical Support, Engineering, R&D, and other key stakeholders
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Aftersales, Service, Product Support, or Training environments

Experience in knowledge management or technical documentation is an advantage

Strong technical understanding, ideally in motorcycle technology and diagnostics

Very good German and English skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant service tools

Analytical, structured, and strong communication skills with a high affinity for technology; motorcycle-related experience is a plus
