As a Logistics Coordinator in the Motorsport division, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth supply of goods to our various departments and racing teams. You support internal interfaces and are responsible for creating demand planning and managing bookings from our mobile warehouses, as well as planning storage locations. If you already have initial experience in logistics or supply chain, approach challenges directly and in a solution-oriented manner, and enjoy supporting your team with your strong hands-on mentality, both practically and in terms of planning, then this is the right job for you!
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- determination and planning of demands for motorcycle components for racing teams, test teams and internal stakeholder
- preparation of material demand forecasts at component and assembly level
- planning, monitoring and managing optimal warehouse logistics at the individual storage locations, including definition and maintenance of replenishment rules and min/max stock levels per site (HQ, mobile warehouses)
- scheduling and delivery management of long-lead and critical components, including bottleneck management, prioritization, escalation and ongoing tracking of deadlines
- ensuring on-time deliveries and goods receipts as well as provision and distribution of components to the teams
- monitoring and controlling bookings at HQ and preparing shipping documents
- active contribution to the optimization of supply chain processes and the further development of internal standards
- close collaboration with purchasing, project management, warehouse/logistics, racing teams and external partners
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- successfully completed technical or commercial education (HAK, HTL, university of applied sciences, university) combined with a strong technical affinity
- initial professional experience in logistics or supply chain management, both in operational and strategic implementation
- solid ERP knowledge (ideally SAP) and excellent MS Office skills
- excellent English and good German skills
- strong hands-on mentality, combined with pragmatism and problem-solving ability
- communicative and flexible personality with team spirit, organizational skills and a passion for motorsport
- analytical, creative and solution-oriented thinking, along with a structured, methodical and precise way of working
