THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Process motorcycle invoicing and dealer orders
- Manage dealer sales administration and account support
- Coordinate inventory, stock movements, and shipments
- Support dealers with pricing, deliveries, and documentation
- Manage NRCS and NaTIS registration processes
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and planning reports
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- 5+ years' experience in sales administration, invoicing, or commercial operations
- strong experience with dealer/customer account management
- advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP/SAP experience
- strong numerical, analytical, and administrative skills
- fluent in English and Afrikaans; German advantageous
- detail-oriented, organised, and customer focused
